In Friday's non-league test, the River Valley Blackhawks (Spring Green, WI) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Viroqua Blackhawks (Viroqua, WI), by a tally of 12-2.

Next, the Blackhawks clash with the Lakeside Lutheran Warriors (Lake Mills, WI) in a non-league test, on Saturday, May 9. River Valley will attempt to advance on its 7-14 season record. The Warriors go into the test with a 10-3 record after their 2-1 league loss to Waupun (Waupun, WI).
