The Rolling Meadows Mustangs softball squad (Rolling Meadows, IL), was routed 7-0 in Friday's league contest with the host Schaumburg Saxons (Schaumburg, IL)

With the triumph, Schaumburg improves its record to 14-4 on the year. The Saxons travel to Barrington (Barrington, IL) to face the Broncos in a non-league contest on Tuesday, May 12. The Broncos enter the contest with a record of 30-0. Barrington won 9-2 in their recent non-league contest against Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL)

The Mustangs now hold a 11-16 record. They play next when they host Prospect for a non-league contest on Monday, May 11. Rolling Meadows will face a Knights squad coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Lake Park (Roselle, IL). The Knights record now stands at 11-11.
