North Marion Huskies (Farmington, WV) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Lincoln Cougars (Shinnston, WV), 9-3 in a league test.

With the win, North Marion upgrades its record to 6-4 on the season. The Huskies travel to Preston (Kingwood, WV) to battle the Knights in a Big Ten test on Monday, May 10. The Knights come into the test with a record of 2-7.

With the defeat, Lincoln falls to 6-3 on the season. The Cougars host Bridgeport (Bridgeport, WV) to battle the Indians in a Big Ten test on Monday, May 10.
