In Monday's non-league test, the visiting Chelmsford Lions lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-7 victory over the Reading Memorial Rockets.

The Lions now have a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dracut for a non-league test on Tuesday, May 10. Chelmsford will face a Middies squad coming off a 14-3 league loss to Methuen (Methuen, MA). The Middies record now stands at 0-6.

In their next game, the Rockets face the Wakefield Memorial Warriors (Wakefield, MA) in a Middlesex test, on Wednesday, May 11. Reading Memorial will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record.
