California High School Softball - Ponderosa bounces Antelope
May 9, 2022: Shingle Springs, CA 95682 Spectators at Monday's non-league match between the Ponderosa Bruins (Shingle Springs, CA) and the visiting Antelope Titans (Antelope, CA), witnessed Ponderosa's softball squad prevail over Antelope by a count of 22-1.
The Bruins now sport a 18-1 record. They play next when they host Placer for a match on Wednesday, May 11. Ponderosa will face a Hillmen squad coming off a 9-2 non-league loss to Lincoln (Lincoln, CA). The Hillmen record now stands at 4-5.
With the loss, Antelope moves to 3-14 on the season. The Titans host River Valley (Yuba City, CA) to face the Falcons in a match on Wednesday, May 11. The Falcons go into the match with a record of 5-6. River Valley lost 15-1 in their recent league match against Woodcreek (Roseville, CA)
