May 9, 2022: Country Club Hills, IL 60478 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Hillcrest Hawks (Country Club Hills, IL) and the visiting Kenwood Broncos (Chicago, IL), saw Hillcrest's lacrosse team overcome Kenwood by a margin of 13-6.
The Hawks (9-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Plainfield North (Plainfield, IL). The Tigers enter the South Suburban challenge with a 8-4 record. In their last challenge, Plainfield North was overwhelmed by Andrew (Tinley Park, IL), 13-4, in a league challenge.
The Broncos (4-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Brother Rice (Chicago, IL). The Crusaders enter the non-league challenge with a 1-8 record. In their last challenge, Brother Rice was overwhelmed by Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL), 12-6, in a league challenge.
