The Cathedral Fighting Irish baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Covenant Christian Warriors to 1 in the Fighting Irish non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Fighting Irish (13-3) will now prepare for their match against New Palestine (New Palestine, IN). The Dragons go into the non-league match with a 15-7 record. In their last match, New Palestine tipped Pendleton Heights (Pendleton, IN), 8-0, in a league match.
