Virginia High School Baseball - Fort Defiance loses to Wilson Memorial
May 9, 2023: Fishersville, VA 22939 The Wilson Memorial Green Hornets baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Fort Defiance Indians to 2 in the Green Hornets non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Green Hornets (12-5) will now prepare for their match against Riverheads (Staunton, VA). The Gladiators go into the non-league match with a 8-7 record. In their last match, Riverheads gained a win over Stuarts Draft (Stuarts Draft, VA), 9-2, in a non-league match.
The Indians (9-8) will now prepare for their match against Waynesboro (Waynesboro, VA). The Little Giants go into the non-league match with a 5-11 record. In their last match, Waynesboro was overwhelmed by Buffalo Gap (Swoope, VA), 15-3, in a non-league match.
