May 9, 2024: Portland, ME 04101 The Windham Eagles walloped the host Portland Bulldogs lacrosse team by a final score of 15-7 in Thursday's league match.
With the win, Windham betters its record to 5-1 on the season. The Eagles host Bonny Eagle (Standish, ME) to play the Scots in a Class A match on Saturday, May 11. The Scots go into the match with a record of 2-6. Bonny Eagle lost 11-9 in their recent non-league match against Gray-New Gloucester (Gray, ME)
With the defeat, Portland drops to 3-6 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to South Portland (South Portland, ME) to confront the Red Riots in a Class A contest on Tuesday, May 14. The Red Riots enter the contest with a record of 2-3. South Portland won 9-7 in their recent league contest against Deering (Portland, ME)
