May 9, 2024: New Lenox, IL 60451 The IC Catholic Prep Knights (Elmhurst, IL) lacrosse tipped the host Providence Catholic Celtics (New Lenox, IL), 7-6 in Thursday's league outing.
With the win, IC Catholic Prep upgrades its record to 11-5 on the season. The Knights host Marmion (Aurora, IL) to battle the Cadets in a non-league outing on Saturday, May 11. The Cadets go into the outing with a record of 5-13. Marmion lost 20-4 in their recent non-league outing against Saint Ignatius College Prep (Chicago, IL)
With the defeat, Providence Catholic drops to 10-6 on the season. The Celtics travel to Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL) to battle the Warriors in a non-league outing on Friday, May 10. The Warriors go into the outing with a record of 8-8. Lincoln-Way West won 8-6 in their recent league outing against Lockport (Lockport, IL)
