Minnesota High School Softball - South Ridge bounces Mountain Iron-Buhl
May 9, 2024: Culver, MN 55779 South Ridge Panthers (Culver, MN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Mountain Iron-Buhl Rangers (Mountain Iron, MN), 15-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Panthers now sport a 11-4 record. They take the field next when they host Hinckley-Finlayson for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 10. South Ridge will face a Jaguars squad coming off a 4-2 league win over Rush City (Rush City, MN). The Jaguars record now stands at 9-4.
With the loss, Mountain Iron-Buhl falls to 7-7 on the campaign. The Rangers host Cook County (Grand Marais, MN) to face the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 10. The Vikings enter the challenge with a record of 3-5. Cook County won 19-1 in their recent league challenge against McGregor (McGregor, MN)
