In Friday's non-league game, the host Fruitport Trojans baseball team scored a nice 15-3 win over the Fremont Packers.

The Trojans (12-1) will now prepare for their game against Belding (Belding, MI). The Black Knights go into the non-league game with a 5-8 record. In their last game, Belding knocked off Kelloggsville (Wyoming, MI), 15-0, in a league game.

Next, the Packers play the Holland Christian Maroons (Holland, MI) in a non-league game, on Saturday, May 10. Fremont will attempt to improve on its 10-11 season record. The Maroons go into the game with a 4-14 record after their 9-7 league loss to Hamilton (Hamilton, MI).
