The Monache Marauders baseball team scored 18 runs and held the host Minarets Mustangs to 3 in the Marauders non-league win on Friday.

The Marauders now own a 18-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Porterville for a East Yosemite test on Tuesday, May 13. Monache will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 10-4 league win over Mt. Whitney (Visalia, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 8-19.

With the defeat, Minarets drops to 9-18 on the year. The Mustangs host Fresno Christian (Fresno, CA) to clash with the Eagles in a Northwest Sequoia test on Tuesday, May 13. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 10-15. Fresno Christian lost 12-2 in their recent league test against Fowler (Fowler, CA)
