In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Highland Park Giants volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Rolling Meadows Mustangs.

The Giants (20-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Fremd (Palatine, IL). The Vikings enter the non-league challenge with a 13-12 record. In their last challenge, Fremd beat Hoffman Estates (Hoffman Estates, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Fenwick Friars (Oak Park, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, May 10. Rolling Meadows will attempt to upgrade on its 10-19 season record. The Friars enter the challenge with a 2-11 record after their 2-0 league loss to Montini Catholic (Lombard, IL).
