The Yankton Bucks/Gazelles triumphed over the host Rapid City Central Cobblers softball squad by a count of 16-5 in Friday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Bucks/Gazelles play the Stevens Raiders (Rapid City, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, May 9. Yankton will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Raiders enter the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 15-2 non-league win over Rapid City Central (Rapid City, SD).
