Maine High School Lacrosse - Gray-New Gloucester nips Oxford Hills
May 9, 2025: South Paris, ME 04281 The Gray-New Gloucester Patriots lacrosse squad scored 10 points and limited the host Oxford Hills Vikings to 9 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Friday.
The Patriots now hold a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Massabesic for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 16. Gray-New Gloucester will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 17-4 league loss to Gorham (Gorham, ME). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-7.
With the loss, Oxford Hills falls to 1-4 on the year. The Vikings travel to Mt. Blue (Farmington, ME) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 12. The Cougars go into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Mt. Blue won 12-11 in their recent league challenge against Mt. Ararat (Topsham, ME)
