New Jersey High School Lacrosse - West Orange drops to Hanover Park
May 9, 2025: West Orange, NJ 07052 Hanover Park Hornets (East Hanover, NJ) followers exited the stadium satisfied Friday as they saw their lacrosse team top the host West Orange Mountaineers (West Orange, NJ), 18-4 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Hanover Park advances its record to 7-5 on the season. The Hornets travel to Hunterdon Central (Flemington, NJ) to play the Red Devils in a non-league game on Monday, May 12. The Red Devils come into the game with a record of 3-10. Hunterdon Central lost 7-3 in their recent non-league game against Voorhees (Glen Gardner, NJ)
The Mountaineers now sport a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Waldwick for a non-league game on Monday, May 12. West Orange will play a Warriors team coming off a 14-5 non-league win over Eastern Christian (North Haledon, NJ). The Warriors record now stands at 8-3.
