May 9, 2025: Kalamazoo, MI 49006 Fans at Friday's non-league test between the Kalamazoo Central Maroon Giants (Kalamazoo, MI) and the visiting St. Johns Redwings (St. Johns, MI), witnessed Kalamazoo Central's lacrosse squad overcome St. Johns by a count of 8-1.
The Maroon Giants (3-10) will now prepare for their test against Vicksburg (Vicksburg, MI). The Bulldogs enter the non-league test with a 7-5 record. In their last test, Vicksburg nipped East Lansing (East Lansing, MI), 11-6, in a non-league test.
Next, the Redwings battle the East Kentwood Falcons (Kentwood, MI) in a non-league test, on Saturday, May 10. St. Johns will attempt to move on its 3-11 season record. The Falcons enter the test with a 0-15 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Grand Haven (Grand Haven, MI).
