Illinois High School Lacrosse - Riverside-Brookfield drops to Lemont
May 9, 2025: Lemont, IL 60439 Lemont Lemont HS (Lemont, IL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they saw their lacrosse team achieve victory over the visiting Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs (Riverside, IL), 8-3 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Lemont advances its record to 7-6 on the season. The Lemont HS travel to Plainfield North (Plainfield, IL) to play the Tigers in a South Suburban game on Saturday, May 10. The Tigers come into the game with a record of 4-10. Plainfield North lost 12-9 in their recent league game against Minooka (Minooka, IL)
The Bulldogs now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Homewood-Flossmoor for a non-league game on Tuesday, May 13. Riverside-Brookfield will play a Vikings team coming off a 15-4 non-league loss to Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 1-14.
