Virginia High School Lacrosse - Powhatan drops to Orange County
May 9, 2025: Orange, VA 22960 The Orange County Fighting Hornets triumphed over the visiting Powhatan Indians lacrosse team by a tally of 20-8 in Friday's non-league match.
Next up, the Fighting Hornets confront the Fluvanna County Flying Flucos (Palmyra, VA) in a Jefferson match, on Tuesday, May 13. Orange County will attempt to improve on its 3-9 season record. The Flying Flucos enter the match with a 5-5 record after their 12-3 league loss to Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA).
The Indians (2-11) will now prepare for their match against Mechanicsville (Mechanicsville, VA). The Mustangs enter the non-league match with a 5-6 record.
