May 9, 2025: Jackson Junction, IA 52171 Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the MFL MarMac Bulldogs (Monona, IA) and the host Turkey Valley Trojans (Jackson Junction, IA), saw MFL MarMac's soccer squad knock off Turkey Valley by a count of 6-4.
The Bulldogs (5-4) will now prepare for their battle against Postville (Postville, IA). The Pirates enter the Upper Iowa battle with a 10-6 record. In their last battle, Postville tipped Charles City (Charles City, IA), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Trojans battle the Mason City Mohawks (Mason City, IA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, May 12. Turkey Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-11 season record. The Mohawks enter the battle with a 9-9 record after their 7-1 non-league loss to Lincoln (Des Moines, IA).
