The Ennis Mustangs softball team scored 15 runs and held the host Lincoln County Lions to 5 in the Mustangs non-league win on Friday.

The Mustangs now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Troy for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 10. Ennis will confront a Trojans team coming off a 17-1 league win over Lincoln County (Eureka, MT). The Trojans record now stands at 5-1.

With the loss, Lincoln County moves to 1-8 on the season. The Lions host Three Forks (Three Forks, MT) to confront the Wolves in a Western B South battle on Saturday, May 10. The Wolves come into the battle with a record of 7-10. Three Forks lost 18-8 in their recent non-league battle against St. Ignatius/Charlo/Arlee (St. Ignatius, MT)
