The Fargo North Spartans softball team scored 6 runs and held the host Thompson Tommies to 1 in the Spartans non-league win on Friday.

The Spartans now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mandan for a non-league battle on Friday, May 9. Fargo North will encounter a Braves team coming off a 11-0 league win over Turtle Mountain (Belcourt, ND). The Braves record now stands at 4-3.
