North Carolina High School Softball - West Wilkes bounces West Lincoln
May 9, 2025: Millers Creek, NC 28651 The West Wilkes Blackhawks (Millers Creek, NC) softball routed the visiting West Lincoln Rebels (Lincolnton, NC), 8-1 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Blackhawks now sport a 21-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mount Pleasant for a non-league outing on Tuesday, May 13. West Wilkes will encounter a Tigers team coming off a 5-0 non-league win over East Rutherford (Forest City, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 14-9.
With the loss, West Lincoln moves to 19-9 on the season.
