Zionsville Eagles (Zionsville, IN) supporters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Western Boone Stars (Thorntown, IN), 7-6 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Zionsville improves its record to 15-3 on the year. The Eagles host Guerin Catholic (Noblesville, IN) to face the Golden Eagles in a non-league game on Saturday, May 10. The Golden Eagles enter the game with a record of 6-7. Guerin Catholic lost 15-3 in their recent league game against Roncalli (Indianapolis, IN)
