New York High School Lacrosse - Mamaroneck sneaks past Rye
May 9, 2026: Rye, NY 10580 Fans at Saturday's non-league test between the Mamaroneck Tigers (Mamaroneck, NY) and the host Rye Garnets (Rye, NY), witnessed Mamaroneck's lacrosse squad hold off Rye by a count of 10-9.
The Tigers (12-3) will now prepare for their test against Scarsdale (Scarsdale, NY). The Raiders enter the Conference I-B test with a 5-7 record. In their last test, Scarsdale was nipped by White Plains (White Plains, NY), 12-9, in a league test.
Next, the Garnets battle the Pearl River Pirates (Pearl River, NY) in a non-league test, on Friday, May 15. Rye will attempt to move on its 9-5 season record.
