Kentucky High School Softball - Blazer bounces Boyle County
May 9, 2026: Ashland, KY 41102 The Blazer Tomcats (Ashland, KY) softball routed the visiting Boyle County Rebels (Danville, KY), 17-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Tomcats now sport a 22-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Greenup County for a non-league outing on Monday, May 11. Blazer will encounter a Musketeers team coming off a 5-2 non-league win over Tates Creek (Lexington, KY). The Musketeers record now stands at 22-9.
With the loss, Boyle County moves to 12-15 on the season. The Rebels host Anderson County (Lawrenceburg, KY) to encounter the Bearcats in a non-league outing on Tuesday, May 12. The Bearcats come into the outing with a record of 9-15. Anderson County won 16-4 in their recent non-league outing against Marion County (Lebanon, KY)
