June 10, 2023: Sycamore, IL 60178 Sycamore Spartans (Sycamore, IL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Effingham Flaming Hearts (Effingham, IL), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Sycamore upgrades its record to 33-6 on the season.
With the defeat, Effingham falls to 22-17 on the season.
