Iowa High School Baseball - North Iowa loses to West Bend-Mallard
June 10, 2025: Buffalo Center, IA 50424 In Tuesday's non-league bout, the West Bend-Mallard Wolverines (West Bend, IA) baseball squad overwhelmed the host North Iowa Bison (Buffalo Center, IA), by a tally of 8-2.
Next up, the Wolverines encounter the South Central Calhoun Titans (Lake City, IA) in a Twin Lakes bout, on Wednesday, June 11. West Bend-Mallard will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Titans enter the bout with a 5-4 record after their 5-4 league win over Northwest Webster (Manson, IA).
The Bison (1-8) will now prepare for their bout against Lake Mills (Lake Mills, IA). The Bulldogs enter the Top of Iowa - West bout with a 7-1 record. In their last bout, Lake Mills edged North Union (Armstrong, IA), 10-2, in a league bout.
