Iowa High School Baseball - Okoboji prevails Sioux Central
June 10, 2025: Sioux Rapids, IA 50585 The Okoboji Pioneers (Milford, IA) baseball trounced the host Sioux Central Rebels (Sioux Rapids, IA), 13-4 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Pioneers now own a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sioux Center for a Siouxland challenge on Wednesday, June 11. Okoboji will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 11-1 league win over Sibley-Ocheyedan (Sibley, IA). The Warriors record now stands at 9-2.
With the defeat, Sioux Central drops to 4-7 on the year. The Rebels travel to Northwest Webster (Manson, IA) to clash with the Cougars in a Twin Lakes challenge on Wednesday, June 11. The Cougars go into the challenge with a record of 0-9. Northwest Webster lost 5-4 in their recent league challenge against South Central Calhoun (Lake City, IA)
