The Monmouth Academy Mustangs (Monmouth, ME) softball routed the visiting Old Orchard Beach Seagulls (Old Orchard Beach, ME), 10-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.
The Mustangs now sport a 17-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dirigo for a non-league outing on Saturday, June 14. Monmouth Academy will encounter a Cougars team coming off a 7-3 non-league win over Mountain Valley (Rumford, ME). The Cougars record now stands at 11-5.
With the loss, Old Orchard Beach moves to 3-10 on the season.
