June 14, 2024: Tiffin, IA 52340 Ankeny Centennial Jaguars (Ankeny, IA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Clear Creek-Amana Clippers (Tiffin, IA), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Jaguars now own a 14-4 record. They take the field next when they host Fort Dodge for a non-league challenge on Saturday, June 15. Ankeny Centennial will face a Dodgers squad coming off a 10-1 non-league win over Kennedy (Cedar Rapids, IA). The Dodgers record now stands at 15-4.
With the loss, Clear Creek-Amana falls to 13-5 on the campaign. The Clippers travel to Winterset (Winterset, IA) to face the Huskies in a non-league challenge on Saturday, June 15. The Huskies enter the challenge with a record of 14-11. Winterset won 5-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Ames (Ames, IA)
