Iowa High School Softball - Holy Trinity Catholic bounces English Valleys
June 14, 2025: North English, IA 52316 In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Holy Trinity Catholic Crusaders softball team scored a nice 16-1 win over the English Valleys Bears.
The Crusaders (12-5) will now prepare for their match against Highland (Riverside, IA). The Huskies come into the non-league match with a 4-5 record. In their last match, Highland notched a victory over Wapello (Wapello, IA), 3-2, in a league match.
In their next game, the Bears confront the Montezuma Braves (Montezuma, IA) in a South Iowa Cedar match, on Monday, June 16. English Valleys will attempt to better on its 2-8 season record. The Braves come into the match with a 3-5 record after their 5-3 league loss to Sigourney (Sigourney, IA).
