Iowa High School Softball - Woodward-Granger edges Tri-Center
June 14, 2025: Woodward, IA 50276 The Woodward-Granger Hawks softball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Tri-Center Trojans to 5 in the Hawks non-league win on Saturday.
The Hawks now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fremont-Mills for a non-league battle on Saturday, June 14. Woodward-Granger will confront a Knights team coming off a 11-1 league win over Essex (Essex, IA). The Knights record now stands at 6-4.
With the loss, Tri-Center moves to 4-9 on the season. The Trojans travel to Fremont-Mills (Tabor, IA) to confront the Knights in a non-league battle on Saturday, June 14. The Knights come into the battle with a record of 7-4. Fremont-Mills won 11-2 in their recent league battle against Stanton (Stanton, IA)
