Iowa High School Softball - West Central Valley bounces Nodaway Valley
June 18, 2025: Stuart, IA 50250 The West Central Valley Wildcats (Stuart, IA) softball routed the visiting Nodaway Valley Wolverines (Greenfield, IA), 10-2 in Wednesday's non-league outing.
The Wildcats now sport a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Earlham for a West Central outing on Thursday, June 19. West Central Valley will encounter a Cardinals team coming off a 9-3 league loss to Van Meter (Van Meter, IA). The Cardinals record now stands at 8-9.
With the loss, Nodaway Valley moves to 3-8 on the season. The Wolverines host Lenox (Lenox, IA) to encounter the Tigers in a Pride of Iowa outing on Friday, June 20. The Tigers come into the outing with a record of 7-10. Lenox lost 9-8 in their recent non-league outing against Fremont-Mills (Tabor, IA)
