In Thursday's non-league challenge, the St. Bernard's Crusaders (Eureka, CA) baseball squad triumphed over the visiting Central Grizzlies (Fresno, CA), by a margin of 8-0.

With the win, St. Bernard's betters its record to 26-4 on the season. The Crusaders host Alpha Charter (Elverta, CA) to encounter the Angels in a non-league challenge on Saturday, June 4. The Angels come into the challenge with a record of 29-3. Alpha Charter won 11-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Rio Americano (Sacramento, CA)

With the defeat, Central falls to 16-17 on the season.
