North Dakota High School Softball - Legacy nudges Sheyenne
June 2, 2022: Bismarck, ND 58503 Legacy (Bismarck, ND) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Sheyenne Mustangs (West Fargo, ND), 7-6 in a non-league challenge.
The now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bismarck for a non-league challenge on Friday, June 3. Legacy will battle a Demons squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Red River (Grand Forks, ND). The Demons record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Sheyenne falls to 3-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Red River (Grand Forks, ND) to battle the Roughriders in a non-league challenge on Friday, June 3. The Roughriders enter the challenge with a record of 5-6. Red River lost 10-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Bismarck (Bismarck, ND)
