North Dakota High School Softball - Beulah holds off Mayville-Portland-Clifford-Galesburg
June 2, 2023: Mayville, ND 58257 Beulah Miners (Beulah, ND) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Mayville-Portland-Clifford-Galesburg Patriots (Mayville, ND), 4-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Miners now own a 9-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Thompson for a non-league challenge on Saturday, June 3. Beulah will battle a Tommies squad coming off a 4-3 non-league win over Kindred/Richland (Kindred, ND). The Tommies record now stands at 11-5.
With the loss, Mayville-Portland-Clifford-Galesburg falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Kindred/Richland (Kindred, ND) to battle the Colts in a non-league challenge on Saturday, June 3. The Colts enter the challenge with a record of 3-1. Kindred/Richland lost 4-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Thompson (Thompson, ND)
