June 2, 2025: Delhi, IA 52223 The Maquoketa Valley Wildcats (Delhi, IA) baseball got by the visiting Beckman Trailblazers (Dyersville, IA), 7-6 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Wildcats now own a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Calamus-Wheatland for a non-league challenge on Thursday, June 5. Maquoketa Valley will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Easton Valley (Preston, IA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-6.
With the defeat, Beckman drops to 4-3 on the year. The Trailblazers host Center Point-Urbana (Center Point, IA) to clash with the Stormin' Pointers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, June 3. The Stormin' Pointers go into the challenge with a record of 1-4. Center Point-Urbana won 4-0 in their recent non-league challenge against West Delaware (Manchester, IA)
