Massachusetts High School Softball - Gloucester edges Cardinal Spellman
June 2, 2026: Gloucester, MA 01930 In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Gloucester Fishermen softball team scored a tight 4-2 victory over the Cardinal Spellman Cardinals.
The Fishermen now sport a 18-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Norton for a non-league outing on Friday, June 5. Gloucester will encounter a Lancers team coming off a 14-1 non-league win over North Reading (North Reading, MA). The Lancers record now stands at 20-1.
With the loss, Cardinal Spellman moves to 16-7 on the season.
