June 20, 2025: Solon, IA 52333 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Solon Spartans (Solon, IA) and the visiting Iowa Falls-Alden Cadets (Iowa Falls, IA), observed Solon's softball team prevail over Iowa Falls-Alden by a tally of 18-7.
The Spartans (12-8) will now prepare for their bout against A-D-M (Adel, IA). The Tigers go into the non-league bout with a 14-6 record.
In their next game, the Cadets clash with the Clear Lake Lions (Clear Lake, IA) in a North Central bout, on Monday, June 23. Iowa Falls-Alden will attempt to advance on its 5-7 season record.
