Iowa High School Baseball - Marquette loses to North Linn
June 21, 2024: Bellevue, IA 52031 The North Linn Lynx baseball team scored 17 runs and limited the host Marquette Defenders to 2 in the Lynx non-league victory on Friday.
The Lynx (18-5) will now prepare for their match against East Buchanan (Winthrop, IA). The Buccaneers go into the non-league match with a 11-7 record. In their last match, East Buchanan was overwhelmed by Anamosa (Anamosa, IA), 5-2, in a non-league match.
The Defenders (12-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Monticello (Monticello, IA). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 7-8 record. In their last challenge, Monticello notched a victory over Easton Valley (Preston, IA), 11-3, in a non-league challenge.
