Iowa High School Baseball - Wilton can't hold off Northeast
June 23, 2023: Goose Lake, IA 52750 In Friday's non-league game, the host Northeast Rebels baseball team scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Wilton Beavers.
The Rebels (6-6) will now prepare for their game against North Linn (Troy Mills, IA). The Lynx go into the non-league game with a 10-4 record. In their last game, North Linn was edged by Center Point-Urbana (Center Point, IA), 7-6, in a non-league game.
The Beavers (5-15) will now prepare for their game against West Branch (West Branch, IA). The Bears go into the non-league game with a 5-18 record. In their last game, West Branch tipped Regina (Iowa City, IA), 7-3, in a non-league game.
