Iowa High School Softball - South Tama County succumbs to Nevada
June 24, 2025: Nevada, IA 50201 In Tuesday's non-league test, the Nevada Cubs (Nevada, IA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting South Tama County Trojans (Tama, IA), by a tally of 12-2.
Next, the Cubs clash with the Perry Bluejays (Perry, IA) in a Heart of Iowa test, on Wednesday, June 25. Nevada will attempt to advance on its 3-14 season record. The Bluejays go into the test with a 4-8 record after their 8-4 league win over Saydel (Des Moines, IA).
The Trojans (1-18) will now prepare for their test against Clear Creek-Amana (Tiffin, IA). The Clippers go into the WaMaC-West test with a 18-5 record. In their last test, Clear Creek-Amana prevailed over Marion (Marion, IA), 14-4, in a non-league test.
