Crestwood Cadets (Cresco, IA) followers left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Clayton-Ridge Eagles (Guttenburg, IA), 6-2 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Crestwood moves its record to 6-12 on the season. The Cadets travel to Charles City (Charles City, IA) to battle the Comets in a Northeast Iowa match on Friday, June 27. The Comets come into the match with a record of 0-19. Charles City lost 18-1 in their recent league match against Waukon (Waukon, IA)
