Iowa High School Softball - Missouri Valley bounces Westwood
June 26, 2023: Missouri Valley, IA 51555 The Missouri Valley Big Reds routed the visiting Westwood Rebels softball squad by a final score of 11-2 in Monday's non-league battle.
The Big Reds (24-3) will now prepare for their battle against Boyer Valley (Dunlap, IA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league battle with a 2-13 record. In their last battle, Boyer Valley was routed by Woodbine (Woodbine, IA), 13-1, in a non-league battle.
The Rebels now possess a 5-12 record. They play next when they travel to River Valley for a non-league battle on Wednesday, June 28. Westwood will meet a Wolverines squad coming off a 15-5 non-league win over West Sioux (Hawarden, IA). The Wolverines record now stands at 16-13.
