June 28, 2025: Sioux Rapids, IA 50585 The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the West Marshall Trojans (State Center, IA) and the host Sioux Central Rebels (Sioux Rapids, IA), saw West Marshall's baseball team gain a win over Sioux Central by a tally of 19-5.
The Trojans (15-9) will now prepare for their battle against Nevada (Nevada, IA). The Cubs enter the non-league battle with a 10-8 record.
Next, the Rebels face the Newell-Fonda Mustangs (Newell, IA) in a Twin Lakes battle, on Monday, June 30. Sioux Central will attempt to upgrade on its 10-10 season record. The Mustangs enter the battle with a 8-10 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Spirit Lake (Spirit Lake, IA).
