The River Valley Wolverines softball team scored 9 runs and held the host Alta-Aurelia Warriors to 1 in the Wolverines non-league win on Saturday.

The Wolverines now sport a 6-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kingsley-Pierson for a Western Valley battle on Monday, June 30. River Valley will confront a Panthers team coming off a 4-2 league loss to West Monona (Onawa, IA). The Panthers record now stands at 13-5.
