Iowa High School Softball - Central City bounces West Central
June 3, 2022: Central City, IA 52214 Spectators at Friday's non-league match between the Central City Wildcats (Central City, IA) and the visiting West Central Blue Devils (Maynard, IA), witnessed Central City's softball squad prevail over West Central by a count of 15-0.
The Wildcats now sport a 11-2 record. They play next when they travel to Lisbon for a non-league match on Monday, June 6. Central City will meet a Lions squad coming off a 18-0 non-league win over Iowa Valley (Marengo, IA). The Lions record now stands at 12-0.
With the loss, West Central moves to 0-2 on the season. The Blue devils travel to South Winneshiek (Calmar, IA) to meet the Warriors in a non-league match on Monday, June 6. The Warriors go into the match with a record of 0-0.
