Pennsylvania High School Softball - Laurel Cranberry Area
June 3, 2024: Seneca, PA 16346 Spectators at Monday's non-league match between the Laurel Spartans (New Castle, PA) and the host Cranberry Area Berries (Seneca, PA), witnessed Laurel's softball squad tip Cranberry Area by a count of 4-1.
The Spartans now sport a 10-3 record. They play next when they travel to Bentworth for a non-league match on Thursday, June 6. Laurel will meet a Bearcats squad coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Everett (Everett, PA). The Bearcats record now stands at 18-4.
With the loss, Cranberry Area moves to 5-3 on the season.
